    Bellin Health physicians recommend that people over 16 years of age get the COVID-19 vaccine as soon as it's available. The vaccine distribution will occur in phases with healthcare and other essential workers and those at highest risk receiving the vaccine in the earliest phases. Bellin is working with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services on vaccine distribution, using the CDC framework to guide its efforts.

    How to schedule your COVID-19 vaccination?
    Eligible individuals may schedule their COVID-19 vaccination via or by calling the COVID-19 Hotline at 920-445-7313. Walk-in hours are now available at the Lambeau Field Community Vaccination Site, from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Friday. NOTE: If you are 16 or 17 years old and meet eligible criteria, please call 920-445-7313 to schedule

    COVID-19 Testing

    Bellin Health offers testing to Bellin patients and non-patients.

    • experiencing mild to moderate COVID-19 symptoms
    • exposed to another person diagnosed with COVID-19
    • requiring testing through their employer or a similar need

    To determine if you need a test (or other care) and to schedule a testing time:

    Current Patients - Sign in to your existing account. Then, click on the  “COVID-19 Self-Triage“ link at the top of the page, answer a few questions and schedule your test (if applicable).

    New/Non-Patients - Click “New User? Register Here” button to create an account. Then, click on the  “COVID-19 Self-Triage“ link at the top of the page, answer a few questions and schedule your test (if applicable).

    Note: Please do not present to your local clinic or hospital for COVID-19 testing or schedule a standard clinic appointment online for COVID-19 testing. If you are seriously ill, call 911.

    Will I owe for testing?

    Ultimately, you should not owe anything for your test.
    • If you have insurance:
      • Bellin will bill your insurance. This is done to cover the cost of purchasing and administering COVID tests and allows for a substantially faster turnaround than state programs that do not bill insurance.
      • Testing should be covered at 100 percent.
      • You should not have a balance after insurance processes. If you do, please contact Bellin’s Patient Financial Services Department at (920) 445-7210 and we will have it removed.
      • Note: If you have insurance and choose not to bill your insurance, you will be responsible for the balance yourself.
    • If you do not have insurance:
      • You will not owe anything.
        • A Bellin partner will contact you to discuss no-cost permanent insurance options. You can also contact us at (920) 965-0741 to begin the discussion.
        • There are also federal programs and Bellin’s Community Care programs that we will help you utilize

    About COVID-19

    The best way to protect yourself and your family is to avoid being exposed to the virus.

    • Keep at least six feet of distance from others (social distancing). Since people can spread the virus before they know they are sick, it is important to stay away from others when possible, even if you—or they—have no symptoms.
    • Wash your hands often.
    • Cover your mouth and nose with a mask when you have to go out in public.
    • Avoid close contact with those outside of your immediate household.
    • Clean and disinfect surfaces.
    • Monitor your health daily for any symptoms (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea).
